          Use of the South Florida VIP card signifies acceptance and understanding of the terms and conditions set forth by South Florida VIP Card Inc. This annual card can be used until the end of each calendar year.  It is your responsibility as a VIP card holder to obtain those rules and conditions, understand, obey, and follow them. Each card expires at the end of the year.

            Your South Florida VIP Card is active the moment you purchase it.  Please fill in the information below to receive updates, new listings, and changes to the establishments named in your discount booklet. 

            South Florida VIP Card has a legal agreement with every participating establishment listed in the directory.  However, South Florida VIP Card Inc. is not responsible for the failure of a business to honor cards, whether due to change of management, closing, special events, or any other circumstance.

            There are no card replacements free of charge.

            Cards must be signed and registered by card holder to be valid.

            If you do not register through South Florida VIP Card Inc. directly or a participating venue your card may be revoked by South Florida VIP Card Inc. or by participating businesses.  Your name will be placed on our suspension or fine list and distributed to all participating businesses listed in the program.  Also you will not receive updates.  The numbers on the front of the card are not for decoration, there is a sure significance for them.

            VIP cards are great gift ideas

            Refer others to buy VIP cards and receive a discount on a card for the following          

            Year.  Enough referrals and you receive a free membership

            The savings are endless when it comes to being VIP

            You can save as much as your annual fee in one night.

RESTRICTIONS, DISCLAIMERS & CONDITIONS

Card is valid until the end of the current year

·          I understand VIP membership is a privilege, not a right.

·          All cards are property of South Florida VIP Card, Inc.

·          Cards are not transferable.  Sharing cards is a form of theft

·          Cards must be presented with valid ID, upon request

·          Cards may be revoked and cancelled if card privileges are

                abused.  Members are encouraged to act like VIP

·          Each business varies in discounts and restrictions

·          Individual businesses determine special event dates

                in which cards are not accepted

·          Cards are not valid in conjunction with other discounts

·          See individual listings or call a manager for restrictions

·          Cards are not valid for groups, unless specified by business

·          Gratuity for satisfactory service, should be 20% of total

                 check before discount

·          Use of card after expiration date will result in a large cash

                penalty or suspension in renewal.  Management has given

                notice. Also, incentives to revoke all.  Or notify

                South Florida VIP Card, Inc.

·          Upon expiration, cardholders have first opportunity to

                renew expired VIP discount cards

·          If for any reason an establishment does not honor your

                card, please respond with “may I speak with a manager

                please”. If this does not work please contact a VIP Card

               representative ASAP.

·          Lost or stolen cards must be reported in writing or notify

                us by calling 954-668-1332

·          Card replacement is not free, fee will be determined upon

                proof of membership.
